How does it work?
STEP ONE: BROWSE
Browse our entire collection! All our inventory is listed on our website. Narrow down your search by type of outfit, size or color.
STEP TWO: CONFIRM (Optional)
Want to ensure fit? Book a virtual fitting with us where we can walk you through measurements and answer any questions you may have over Facetime or Zoom!
STEP THREE: RENT
Found the one? Awesome! You can reserve it for your event date. Select your size, date, and rental duration when adding to cart, then choose between our two way shipping at checkout!
Your 5 day rental period begins the day you select to receive your dress. You do not need to account for shipping time in your rental. For example if your event is on Saturday July 12th, you would select Friday July 11th in our booking calendar. Your outfit would then arrive to you on or before Friday July 11th, and you would need to drop it back in the mail to us by Wednesday July 16th.
STEP FOUR: RETURN
We do need it back on schedule in order to get it ready for its next rental. Luckily returning is super easy! Your items will come with a pre-paid, pre-addressed label. Simply follow the return instructions included with your items to return your rental to the indicated carrier on the last day of your rental term.
Renting an outfit but don't want to have to worry about damage? Grab our easy $7 rental insurance. What does it cover? Any small issues that are easily fixable such as:Β
- removable small stains or rips that wonβt show that they were sewn upon completion
- few missing sequins or beads
- broken zippers / buttons / clasps
If insured, it means you will not be charged for any of the above repairs upon return of the dress. Insurance does not cover loss or irreparable damages. If the outfit is returned in an irreparable state or not returned you will be required to purchase the dress at full retail value, in addition to any rental fees already paid.Β
*Please note:
All zippers are tested by our QA team before leaving the studio to ensure they are in full working order. Any unlikely zipper malfunctions that may occur during your rental period are unfortunately beyond our control. We recommend adding our $7 rental insurance to your order at checkout to ensure you are covered against damages noted above.
