Your rental ships to arrive before your event and goes back to us on the pre-paid label included with your order. See our full step-by-step guide for details on timing and rental insurance.

Our standard rental term periods are 5 days. If you need a longer rental due to travel dates please get in touch to book, we can usually extend your rental up to about two weeks depending on availability. Extended rentals are charged at $10 per item per day beyond the 5 day booking price. Late fees are charged at $20 per item per day, so it is better to extend your rental at the time of booking than return it to us late.

We require clients to return their outfits by end of day on the last date of their rental term.

Let us know right away and we'll do our best to get you another size or a replacement outfit in time. If that's not possible, you can get store credit as long as the outfit is postmarked back to us unworn within 24 hours. Shipping fees aren't refundable. Late fees are $20 per item per day. If you need more time, you can add an extra day for $10 per item at booking instead. Mailed-back items are only charged late fees if postmarked later than agreed — never for carrier delays. See Returns & Cancellations for full terms.

Most issues can be fixed, and rental insurance (from $7) covers small stuff like stains, rips, or missing beads. Without insurance, you'll be charged for minor repairs, and loss or irreparable damage is charged at full retail value either way. Details on our Returns & Cancellations page.

We currently carry outfits from size XXS-6XL and always try to bring in as many sizes as are available in each style.
