SHIPPING OPTIONS

IN THE US
* Free standard two way shipping to you via USPS, with a pre-paid return label or mailer included for your return. Simply follow your return instructions to send back your item(s) on the last day of your rental term. Please allow 1 business day for fulfilling orders and 3-4 business days for shipping.
* We also offer express shipping with 1-2 business days for shipping after 1 business day to fulfill the order.

IN CANADA
* $25 standard shipping each way to you via UPS, with a pre-paid return label or mailer included for your return. Simply follow your return instructions to send back your item(s) on the last day of your rental term. Please allow 1 business day for fulfilling orders and 2-3 business days for shipping.
* We also offer express shipping with 1-2 business days for shipping after 1 business day to fulfill the order for $35 each way.

Please note the following:

Your 5 day rental period begins the day you select to receive your outfit. You do not need to account for shipping time in your rental. For example if your event is on Saturday July 12th, you would select Friday July 11th in our booking calendar. Your outfit would then arrive to you on or before Friday July 11th, and you would need to drop it back in the mail to us by Wednesday July 16th.

*Deliveries are Monday to Friday, by end-of-day (8pm local time). We always suggest booking your rental to arrive one or two days prior to your event. Our delivery services do not operate on weekends, so if your event is on a weekend, please schedule your dress to arrive to you the Thursday or Friday prior.Β 
*SHIPPING RATES listed above include up to 2 outfits shipping to and from the same address on the same day. If you are ordering more than 2 outfits, or are ordering for several different rental dates in the same order, we will contact you to charge an additional shipping rate.Β 
*We do not deliver to PO Boxes, and cannot re-route a package once in transit. If you select a PO Box delivery address you will receive a pick-up slip to pick up your package from your local depot.Β 
*Customers are responsible for monitoring the delivery of their shipment once an order has left our studio.Β 
*Once an order has shipped, an email will be sent to the email address provided on the order with your shipment's tracking information.Β

*Please note, we cannot change the shipping method or destination once an order has left the studio.
